Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

Shipping

Shipping is currently Free on all orders.

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 AM will not be shipped out until the next business day.

Cancellations

You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order, please email us at support@genhorix.in.

Any amount paid will be refunded back to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final and products are non-returnable.

Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product on the basis of look & feel, or minor differences in shades, colours, or materials.

We offer a free replacement only in case the product has manufacturing defects or damage. To request a replacement:

• Report the issue to us with clear images and video proof of the defect.
• Mention your Order ID.
• Email us at support@genhorix.in.

We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and verified after investigation.

Please ensure the product is:

• Unused
• In the same condition as received
• In the original packaging
• Includes all items that were shipped in the package
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

The original item will be arranged to be sent back to us. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected for damage and defect. A replacement will be issued only after successful inspection by us.

In case no defect is found, the to-and-fro courier charges for the replacement will be borne by the customer.

Partial COD

For Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This amount is collected to confirm order intent and to cover processing and logistics costs. In case of order cancellation, refusal at delivery, or non-acceptance, the advance paid will not be refunded.
