Returns

Important Requirement

To be eligible for a return, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. The video should start before opening the parcel and clearly show:

  • The sealed package condition
  • The shipping label
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The product received

Return, replacement, or damage claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

Refunds

After inspection and approval of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
